COVID quarantine offers a great opportunity to get enlightened (it might take a bit more than that). Here’s a great documentary on samadhi that might be of help, especially for people of Western cultural backgrounds. Great visuals, audio and narration. Many Westerners go to places like India and Tibet to seek spiritual enlightenment. You need not travel around the world to arrive at where you are.
